Registration Form

The details of your registration will be sent to you, including a unique registration number. Payment details will also be included in that email. Please use your registration number as a reference when paying.

Please read the separate set of instructions you will receive once you register. Clubs must follow instructions for the Saturday night function. Your Club may be fined /disqualified if you do not follow these instructions.
Payment may be made in instalments. Full payment should be received by 20 October 2026.
If your registration is cancelled earlier than 30 days before your date of arrival, your payment will be refunded in full except for a R50 admin fee.
Cancellations later than 30 days before your date of arrival will not be refunded as the full expenses will already have been incurred for the registration.
PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH ATTENDEE, WHETHER THEY ARE A LION, A PARTNER IN SERVICE OR A CHILD.

Attendee will take part in the Saturday afternoon/evening wine tasting. There is no additional cost for the wine tasting.

Accommodation should be booked directly with the hotel. Details can be found here and will be included in the record of registration you will be sent.
